Sunflower Macro Revisited 2011

Silvii has been drying this sunflower out for a couple of months now as she wants to extract the seeds to replant next year, this is the same sunflower  from an earlier post (Baby Sunflower 2011).

It seems to me when doing macro the subject of the macro is as important as any other aspect of it. Pretty flowers full of colour are an obvious candidate for macro photography but it´s easy to miss the transition in nature which reveals a hidden world that is constantly changing.

No two pages of a book are the same but you have to read them all to understand the story.

Lens used: Canon EF-S 60mm Macro
